What is Concealogram?

Concealogram enables the protection of printed paper documents by providing:
  1. Authenticity - Who issued the document.
  2. Integrity - The digital signature - notify if the content of the document was tapped.
  3. Non-Reproduction - The issued digital identity is embedded.
Concealogram employs a groundbreaking image processing technology to encrypt hidden data within visible ones using a revolutionary algorithm.

The encrypted Concealogram image is created by an image-processing engine that combines a visible image with a printed digital signature data using an encryption key.

In order to decrypt the Concealogram image, the reader must possess both the original algorithm and the encryption key. Through the secure decoding process, the hidden data that was encrypted in the Concealogram picture is revealed.

This technology has many potential uses at security checkpoints, as the hidden image could contain essential identification information such as fingerprint parameters, ID number, etc., and due to the advanced encryption it cannot be altered or falsified.

The Concealogram technology is designated as an OEM component for systems integrators and security solution providers on a licensing model.

The Concealogram's patent-pending technology was developed by Professor Joseph Rosen at Ben Gurion University in Israel with the purpose of helping companies and organizations to better security their facilities and events. The invention of the Concealogram is detailed in the whitepaper accessible at concealogram_overview.doc

Advantages of the Concealogram Technology
  • The most cost effective and secure method of storing authenticated, encrypted information.
  • High authenticity and significant depth of encryption, with no possibility of alteration or tampering.
  • Ability to issue at low cost a highly authenticated identification certificate that holds confidential information readable only by its intended audience, using standard paper and printer.
  • Ability to utilize standard scanners as readers and standard printers as certificate producers.
  • Damage resistance of concealed image, with accuracy and no loss of data at up to half the original size.
  • Concealogram's unique technology combines computer and human recognition capacities along with biometric data to provide the most comprehensive identification system available.
